About

Amanda specializes in brand and marketing design. Since 2017, she has worked as a designer with the creative communications agency Naretiv in Maine.

Amanda spent the first half of her career in DC, New York, and Massachusetts, producing exhibitions, films, and other creative projects for media companies and cultural institutions, including the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. Her love for visual culture has always been a through line. In 2015, Amanda landed in Maine for a freelance film production job, and has lived in Camden with her family ever since.

In her 7+ years as a designer, Amanda has gained versatile experience in print and digital design, creative strategy, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Outside of work, she collects cookbooks from the 1960s and has a soft spot for midcentury modern aesthetics. She loves travel, cortados, interior design, her two little boys, working with excellent people, and swimming in the ocean. She was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama.
