As a designer, I work especially well within the vocabulary of an existing brand, helping it to shine and contributing to its evolution. I have 7+ years of experience designing branded, print and digital assets for internal communications, external marketing, and public awareness. My passion is design for social impact.

Below are samples of my work with the creative agency Naretiv and a variety of clients in state government, nonprofit, early childhood development, tourism, editorial publishing, and financial services.


HEART OF MAINE UNITED WAY

Bundle is a social good campaign launched by Heart of Maine United Way in Bangor to support new and expecting parents in the Maine Highlands. Custom Bundle care boxes, website, and marketing collateral connect caregivers with free local services in a particularly remote and rural part of the state. Bundle was developed in collaboration with a local nonprofit working group of nurses, parents, social workers, and home health visitors with first-hand knowledge of local challenges, social stigma, and community needs.

Bundle won a 2023 Maine Ad + Design Broderson Award for Outstanding Cause-Driven Campaign.

EARLY INTERVENTION FOR ME

Early Intervention for ME, Maine’s statewide early intervention program within the Department of Education, supports the healthy development of children from birth to age 3. A fresh Wordpress website and a suite of offline marketing collateral, including brochures, overview booklet, rack cards, infographics, and staff business cards, uplift the new brand and highlight Maine’s empowering, collaborative approach to early intervention.

TREKKERS

This 30-year-old community nonprofit builds the resilience and aspirations of young people in midcoast Maine. Collateral designed for the organization’s ongoing fundraising and outreach goals has raised brand awareness and evolved the brand through changing organizational priorities, most notably a $2.8M capital campaign.

Design work spans annual reports, a capital campaign case for support and milestone reports, recruitment rack cards, flyers, business cards, sponsorship one-pagers, webpages, fundraising appeals, event programs, social media graphics, apparel, and editing for event videos.

MAINE INVITES YOU

Produced by the Maine Tourism Association, Maine Invites You is a full-color, 148-page guide to amenities and adventures in every region of the state. Graphic design and layout for six annual issues of the guide includes print layouts, archival photo spreads for commemorative issues, and digital illustrations.

MAINE WOMEN MAGAZINE

Illustrations, cover art, and new print layouts refreshed this legacy editorial publication that spotlights the stories of women in Maine. The redesign won a 2023 Maine Ad + Design Broderson Award.

MAINE STATE CREDIT UNION

Advertising campaigns over several years for Maine State Credit Union promoted financial products as well as core brand values. Each campaign centered on a fresh creative concept carried through print ads, digital ads, rack cards, flyers, posters, screen graphics, direct mail, and buck slips.

NATIONAL PARKS CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION

NPCA protects and enhances the U.S. National Park System for present and future generations through advocacy around water, air, energy, culture, and other issues. This digital and print report designed for NPCA’s water team was a tool for public awareness and legislative action to defend park waters from harmful pollution in and around national parks.
